Projects

Bloomington, Indiana

Anchored by Indiana University, which brings >48,000 students every year compared to a local population of 79,000. Bloomington has a robust economy with many large local employers including Cook Medical and Navy Crane.

University and its affiliates are a permanent feature of the town, securing demand for plumbing for decades to come.

Louisville, Kentucky

Louisville is seeing unprecedented demand for plumbing as the housing stock has reached its limit. Core Service has been in talks with local real estate firms and sees a large amount of government and private development contracts.

Present physical condition of its infrastructure and trends within the market support consideration for this market.

Columbus, IN

Anchored by Cummins, who employ 60,000 worldwide, the most of which are in their head office and manufacturing plant in Columbus. With a small population of 50,000, and the significant continued investment in Columbus, we see this as the perfect “institutionally” anchored market.

Cummins and its sub contractors are a permanent feature of the town along with its proximity to Bloomington and Louisiville.

Lawrence County, IN

Just south of Bloomington, IN and Monroe County, Lawrence County offers some of the same security with the GM Powertrain plant and a variety of its sub-contractors. With its proximity to Columbus and Bloomington, we see this as a great add-on opportunity.

Off-market opportunity to expand book into Lawrence County, considering if synergies with anchored markets enable.
